Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a charismatic individual to join our Marketing and Sales team, to assist our marketing team with marketing day to day tasks, such as blog writing, social media content, video creation for social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram and Pinterest, campaign creation, All the while ensuring the customer experience remains on brand and of a high standard.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in our head office in South Woodham Ferrers. We offer a great package including a competitive salary (dependent on experience), private healthcare and pension scheme.

Main Duties Include

  • Content copywriting (Blog writing)
  • Supporting with social media content creation
  • Video creation for TikTok, Instagram and Youtube
  • PR bulleting and liaising with relevant magazines and online newsletters for PR exposure
  • Photography
  • Supporting the sales team from time to time by answering inbound telephone calls and building good rapport with customers
  • Responding to social or emailed enquires in a professional manor
  • Engage & build rapport with potential clients creating a helpful link between initial enquiry & latter stages
  • WordPress website editing
  • SEO management and optimisation
  • Responding to online comments – Trustpilot, Houzz, Social Media etc
  • Sending out brochures to new enquiries
  • Following up with any new enquiries and providing them with the information they need
  • After sales – requesting, collating and responding to reviews and feedback

General Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the production of marketing media as necessary – including internal and external comms
  • Collating Marketing KPIs
  • Writing blog articles to post on our website
  • Preparation and coordination of all Photoshoots and admin of image library
  • Admin of case studies – recording on system
  • Ongoing stock management of marketing materials
  • Preparing materials for meetings, as required
  • Other general office duties as required

  • Ability to be personable on the phone and handle calls with confidence
  • Warm & friendly approach

  • Responsible, dependable & conscientious
  • Good written and spoken English is paramount
  • Good attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM or Excel a preference (but not essential)

Hours of Work

  • 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Thursday
  • 08:00am to 15.30pm on Friday’s
