Accounts Coordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced accounts coordinator, with excellent attention to detail, to join our team. Located in our beautiful offices in South Woodham Ferrers this role is ideal for somebody with 3 years-experience working in a supporting accounts role.

Westbury Garden Rooms is a designer, planner and manufacturer of bespoke glazed and timber buildings including orangeries, conservatories, garden rooms, kitchen extensions and pool houses. Founded in 1988 by Jonathan Hey, Westbury remains a family run business, working across the UK and Internationally.

Hours Of Work

  • Monday to Thursday 09:00 – 17:00 & Friday 08:00 – 3:30 (30 mins lunch)
  • Full time office based

Core Responsibilities:

  • Daily Bank postings and reconciliation
  • Process Weekly/Monthly Payroll
  • Manual sales invoices as required.
  • Reconcile monthly sub-contraction.
  • Reconciling company credit card statements
  • Keeping holidays/sick records up to date
  • Maintaining and updating H&S records
  • Maintaining and updating HR records
  • Taking credit card payments
  • Admin duties including filing and scanning on Virtual cabinet.

About you

  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in English and must have basic computer literacy skills.
  • At least 3 years of experience working in an accounts environment and be confident to handle day-today running of accounts department.
  • Competent using Sage 50 & Microsoft Office package.
  • Work on your own initiative and with other colleagues within the organisation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy office environment.
