I’m part of the estimating & sales team. I take initial phone call & email enquiries, complete quotations, liaise with customers about the window & joinery side of their project and arrange and attend client meetings along with my colleagues Adam & Rob.

My role here has changed since I joined in September 2019. Once I built up a good knowledge of Westbury’s products, I was able to provide advice & have a bit more of a free reign whilst quoting for customer’s projects, i.e. what door or window type would look best within the space they have to work with, as well as the more technical side of what will comply with building regulations further down the line.

I work with an amazing team who encourage & support me every day. Adam & Rob are a dream to work with and are constantly helping me evolve & improve within the company.

My advice to a new starter would be… if you’ve never worked in the window & door sector before, I’d say patience is key as it can be quite daunting learning it all however, it’s a very interesting & rewarding business to be in, especially when you deal with clients directly, like myself. You’ll always be learning new things & the amazing team that I work with never hesitate to help and support you.
