The primary role is to assist the Sales Manager and Production team with estimating and processing sales.
We are looking for somebody with good attention to detail who has experience of working in an office environment using their IT skills. No previous experience in this sector is required.
The candidate would be working for Westbury Windows and Joinery Ltd who have been designing and building bespoke windows, doors and timber buildings for 30 years and have earned an impressive reputation for outstanding design and superior quality. Job role/key requirements:
The Candidate must:
have exceptional attention to detail
be IT literate
be well organised, hardworking, and a positive team player
have the ability to prioritise workloads and manage their time well
be comfortable with answering telephone enquiries
CAD and/or JoinerySoft estimating software experience would be beneficial but is not essential
Day to day duties will include:
collating all new enquiries, specifications & plans.
quantifying details from drawings to produce window schedules for pricing.
entering all enquiries on the in-house estimating software/CRM System.
assisting with following up enquiries to establish which jobs are still live and try to determine which we can win.
maintaining record/data sheets
