Large manor House with stunning orangery

Spacious Orangery in Hampshire

Open Gallery

This luxurious property situated in the expansive grounds of a Hampshire village enjoys the addition two large orangeries, fulfilling the clients requirements of needing a space to relax and a space to entertain. The first spacious orangery measures 38m² and features a large glass roof lantern with a central pendant for a stunning chandelier. This orangery also houses a grand 12-seater dining table, perfect for hosting large dinner parties in a more formal setting.  The second  boasts a large a boarded roof lantern, and is used as a relaxing sitting room and informal dining space, with beautiful views over the vast landscape gardens. The owner chose to have a dual colour finish with Town Clay for the exterior and Wash White for the internal space.

We were asked to accommodate the height and width of the client’s existing furniture when designing a light and airy room for this well-proportioned, newly-built manor house. Although the high ceilings already created a light, spacious kitchen, the client required a room with a difference, giving their home the added ‘wow’ factor.

  • Excellent clear drawings were produced and the orangery was erected quickly without fuss. The quality and workmanship, down to the smallest detail, is superb.
