INITIAL DESIGN ENQUIRIES & SITE VISITS

A member of our experienced team will be on hand to discuss your project, provide expert advice and book an initial design consultation.
The initial design consultation can be carried out via phone, email or video link. However, in order to move forward with your project, a site visit would be required to obtain measurements and provide a design drawing. Please discuss this with your designer should you require a design visit.
We would still welcome you to visit us at our showroom in Essex in order to view our products and tour our factory. These visits would be made by appointment only and would follow the necessary procedures to keep both you and our staff safe.
WORKING AT YOUR HOME
Should you choose Westbury as your garden room supplier, we want to ensure you that all of on on-site staff have been fully trained in hygiene and social distancing measures. They have been issued with PPE, where necessary and have been advised not to engage in any non-essential contact, so please do not be offended if they do not offer to shake your hand or accept any refreshments.
