We are looking for an office assistant to support our existing workforce as well as manage their own responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be a professional and enthusiastic team player, and able to use basic Microsoft software such as Word & Excel. This role may suit an enthusiastic school leaver.
Meet & greet clients
Open and distribute post and maintain franking machine
Update spreadsheets, charts and documents
Help create and maintain internal documentation eg desktop processes
Provide administrative support to other team members
Liaise with telephone, alarm and IT system maintenance suppliers when necessary
This role is based in our Essex (South Woodham Ferrers) office.
