Pre-build Survey

To ensure that your project runs smoothly and efficiently we will visit your home and complete a comprehensive survey.

This entails sending an experienced member of our team to take external and, if necessary, internal measurements of your home.

This is a crucial part of the process as it highlights any potential challenges, such as drainage, that need to be addressed as part of the project management programme.

Building Works

The process of building works is carefully managed by your Project Manager, and will be detailed precisely regarding dates and times when the process will take place.

Work will begin on the day provided, when Westbury staff (not subcontractors) will arrive and dig the foundations. If necessary, they will adjust the drains and lay rainwater soakaways.

Our own bricklayers will build any masonry walls required. Whilst plans of first fix electrics are organised. If it is part of your plan to knock through existing walls our builders will do this with minimal fuss and mess, ensuring your building is protected from the elements.

This process is scheduled carefully to ensure the next stage can be started as soon as building works are completed.
