Our quality and building standards

Just as your new garden room, orangery, conservatory or pool house will become a valuable asset to you, we regard the Westbury reputation as our most valuable asset. Approximately 50% of our work comes from personal recommendations; therefore preserving our reputation is of the utmost importance.

So how do we preserve and build upon our reputation? By making sure every bespoke garden building we construct meets our tough quality standards. To maintain our hard-won reputation, Jonathan Hey, our Managing Director, personally inspects each completed building. He rarely finds faults, but he’s determined to keep searching.

Confirming our confidence in our workmanship, we then issue our warranty, keeping your garden buildings specifications on file. We’ll also provide a care and maintenance information pack.
